'On our arrival on Monday evening, Sept. 20th we were required to pick up the keys and pay the balance of our rental at a seperate location. Our apartment had not been clean after the previous tenenants left. We called our only contact to complain, left a voice mail as we got noone. It took 3 days to get the apartment cleaned. We were given a nights refund, but had to stay in a dirty apartment for 3 days. Location was good, but apartment poorly maintained and managed. Would not recommend it to anyone.'
